Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sina Crisps Ltd. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and complies with UK consumer law. 

Delivery Areas

We ship to: 

UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales) 

Jersey & Guernsey only

 

We do NOT ship to: 

Alderney or Sark 

Northern Ireland 

Scottish Highlands & Islands (IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE) 

Isle of Man 

BFPO addresses 

International destinations

 

Orders to excluded areas will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded within 3 working days. 

 

Shipping Carrier & Service

Carrier: Royal Mail 48hr Tracked (or similiar)

Signature: Not required – may be left in a safe place or with neighbour 

Tracking: Sent via email immediately after dispatch

Shipping Cost;

All orders under £40 - £2.99

Order over £40 - Free

Applies to single orders and every subscription delivery 

VAT included. No hidden fees.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch:

Average Dispatch Time: Within 2 working days of order placement 

Cutoff: Orders placed after 1 PM GMT may dispatch an extra working day later

Dispatch Email: Sent with tracking number

 

Estimated Delivery:

3 working days after dispatch (Mon–Sat)

 

Working days exclude Sundays and UK bank holidays.

Delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, Royal Mail) do not trigger refunds unless lost (see Section 7).  Risk, Ownership & Address Responsibility

 

You are 100% responsible for a correct, complete, deliverable address 

Risk passes when delivered to your stated address (or safe place) 

Ownership transfers only on full payment

 

If your address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable (e.g., typo, wrong postcode):  No refund 

No free reship.

You must place and pay for a new order in full (including £2.99 shipping) 

We will cancel and refund the original order only if the parcel is returned to us undelivered. 

No liability for spoilage, loss, or delay due to address errors

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

 

A. Lost in Transit  Report after 7 working days post-dispatch to hello@sinacrisps.com with:  Order number 

Tracking number 

Screenshot of correct address

 

We investigate with Royal Mail 

Outcome: Resend (free) or full refund (within 14 days)

 

B. Damaged on Arrival  Inspect immediately 

Report within 48 hours to returns@sinacrisps.com with: 

Dated photos of damage 

Optional video (speeds processing)

 

We cover return and issue replacement or refund (CRA remedy) 

No claim after 48 hours

 

C. Delayed (Not Lost)  Delays up to 10 working days after expected delivery = no refund

 

Perishable Goods & Storage

 

Our crisps are perishable.

You must store immediately in a cool, dry place 

We are not liable for spoilage due to: 

Delayed collection 

Improper storage 

Address errors

 

Subscriptions

Each delivery: Shipping rates as above. 

Address changes: Must be made 24+ hours before dispatch 

Late changes or failed delivery due to your address error:  No reship – you must place and pay for a new order in full 

Original delivery paused/refunded only if returned to us
